Onsite Mammography, LLC. (“Onsite Mammography”) is a company focusing on women’s health and mammogram screenings. In October of 2024, Onsite Mammography discovered suspicious activity within an employee’s email account. It subsequently conducted an investigation, which found a cybercriminal had stolen files containing personally identifiable information through that email account. The investigation concluded on February 21, 2025. The compromised information possibly includes the following sensitive data:

• full names
• Social Security numbers
• dates of birth
• medical record numbers
• health information

Onsite Mammography Data Breach

Onsite Mammography recently provided notice of the data breach. All of the information stolen is likely valuable and dangerous to affected victims. As is likely to be the case with the Onsite Mammography data breach, in previous cyberattacks, victims of data theft have noticed identity theft attempts ranging from fraudulent charges on bank accounts or credit cards, to unauthorized credit card applications, to medical services or government services ordered in their name, to their information being posted on the dark web, to a massive uptick in the number of spam text messages, calls and emails received.
